Q: The landlord is concerned about roof or building damage.                                   A: SATPRO installations never compromise the buildings roof.  If a suitable mount location is not found, weighted NPRM dish stands are available. 

Q: The Management company wants only insured companies to do the work?  A: SATPRO is insured and authorized for your protection. Caution, others may not be.

Q: If I have any after sale problems who do I call?                                                       A: SATPRO.  We are a FULL service satellite service company providing quality service since 1990, with the same phone number.

Q: Is there a programming contract required with the promos?                                 A: Yes. A 12-month programming agreement is asked of all new customers.  This helps keep your costs down. Prices are higher without a 12-month agreement.
